In His Own Words
I attended Florida Atlantic University High School, where I had the opportunity to take college courses while completing high school. By the time I graduated in 2024, I had also earned my associate's degree, which allowed me to enter Florida State University with junior standing. I completed my B.S. in Biological Sciences at FSU in May 2026 — taking an accelerated path meant adjusting quickly to more advanced coursework and greater independence, but it also challenged me to mature as a student and become more confident taking on difficult things.
I recently graduated from FSU and took the MCAT. My next step is applying to medical school. In the meantime, I am pursuing EMT training to gain more direct patient care experience, strengthen my ability to respond in fast-moving situations, and learn from caring for people when they may be at their most vulnerable. It is an opportunity to build skills and experience that I can carry with me into medical school and eventually into my career as a physician.
I'm looking for entry-level opportunities in healthcare or patient-facing roles where I can keep building the human side of this work — becoming comfortable in unpredictable situations and learning directly from healthcare professionals before I start medical school.
